By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Alpan Lighting Products Inc. (the "Company"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Program Description
Alpan Lighting Products Inc. may send text messages to subscribers who have explicitly opted in via our website forms or customer service channels. These messages may include:

Message frequency varies based on user interaction. Transactional alerts are sent as events occur. Promotional messages will generally not exceed four (4) messages per month.

Standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier. Alpan Lighting Products Inc. does not charge a fee for this service; however, you are responsible for any charges from your mobile service provider.
4. How to Opt-In
To join our SMS program, you must provide your mobile number to a Alpan Customer Service or through an authorized Alpan web form or check the consent box during the checkout process. By doing so, you represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile device and are at least 18 years of age.
5. How to Opt-Out (STOP)
You may cancel the SMS service at any time. Text "STOP" to 800 711 1585 to unsubscribe. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time.

7. Privacy Policy
